In this day and age when it’s impossible to reach a human on the phone, I had the pleasure of dealing with you. In twenty minutes, I had a fax of a wiring diagram and a follow-up call providing me with assistance to walk-thru the diagram and pin-point the problem. I needed a 30Amp in-line fuse after I replaced some bad wires. In this day and age when service stops at the time of sale, I have to say “you guys are the best”. Thanks for 10+ years of Happy Tubbing. Graciously, Hello! I just wanted to send a huge thank you to Karl in tech support for his friendly & helpful service when I called about a wiring diagram for a Brett Aqualine spa pack. It's great to talk to a real person; especially when they are upbeat. Too often support by phone is not support but a recording that covers everything except what you need to know or a live person who is extremely irritated when you're expecting them to do their job.
