You may call our Customer Service Department at 702-361-0600 or 800-SPA-PAKS (800-772-7257). Our staff will help you identify what you need or offer suggestions for replacements on obsolete parts. If you need technical assistance, we have experienced repair technicians that can help you with wiring diagrams, technical manuals and any questions you may have.
Our fax number is toll free 866-909-PART or (866) 909-7278 or 702-361-0613. Orders will be processed to ship by the next business day. You will receive a return fax confirmation if you request one, if the item is not in stock or if there is a price discrepancy on the order.

You can order online at www.AlliedInnovations.com. This gives you the opportunity to see detailed pictures of the items you need, real-time pricing and current stock. This will also allow you to be able to receive e-mail with tracking numbers after your order ships. Keep track of your orders, part status, and account information on e-commerce. If you do not already have a user ID and password, please register for an account online or call our Customer Service Department to obtain this information. The purchaser assumes all responsibility for accuracy of orders placed online.
NOTE: Although the information published online is accurate at the time of publishing, materials, technical specifications, part numbers, etc., it may change without notice. Dimensional specifications and drawings should be used only for reference.
All orders will be shipped Fedex ground-COD unless otherwise specified. Shipments are freight on board Las Vegas, NV. All items in stock will ship within 24 hours of placing the order, excluding weekends. You may request a shipper tracking number or COD amount by phone, fax or e-mail. Express services (overnight, 2 day or 3 day) are available.
Allied Innovations LLC will drop ship direct to your customer for non-COD orders. Drop ship information must be complete with company name, address, phone number and contact name. If you purchase parts for export, you are responsible for compliance of laws governing export.
Our pricing is subject to change without notice. We strive to keep the pricing consistent with the published price whenever possible but will make adjustments if the manufacturer or supplier price changes. You may contact our Customer Service Department or visit Allied’s Online Store at www.alliedinnovations.com for current prices at any time. For current price list updates, please contact the Customer Service Department to request a copy to be mailed, faxed or e-mailed.
If you request an item that we do not carry, we will do our best to get it for you. We will inform you of the cost and lead time before processing your order. Special orders are final and cannot be returned.
If your order happens to have a part that is out of stock, you will be informed at the time of order and we will suggest a substitute for you.
LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS (Notifications)
Our responsibility for any shipment ceases when the product is turned over to a common carrier.Please verify contents and quantity of items on the order upon receiving. Report any discrepancies to us within 15 days. If concealed loss or damage is discovered, please notify the carrier at once. A concealed damage report must be made within 15-days of the delivery of the shipment. It is imperative that you retain all packing material & cartons for inspection by the carrier. Without these items your claim may be denied.
All returned product must be authorized for return and in sellable condition. These returns will be subject to a minimum 25% restocking charge, and credit will be applied to your account. Returns for credit will not be accepted 30 days after the invoice date. Contact the Customer Service Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA numbers are void after 30 days of their issuance. Please include a copy of the original paperwork with complete documentation regarding the return, and mark the RMA number on the outside of the package to help expedite your return.
DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Allied Innovations will hold the shipping liability to Fedex 2-day ground at no additional charge to the customer due to any input errors or incorrect parts shipped. Costs for any premium shipping services requested will be borne by the customer. A written purchase order must be present in order to verify the accuracy of the shipment. The customer agrees that Allied Innovations and its officers and employees shall not be held liable for any damages or loss of profit for information given. This includes technical, troubleshooting or product features either in verbal or written form. Please note, all information written and/or expressed in the policies and procedures are subject to change without notice.
