Warranty

WARRANTY FOR LEN GORDON GENUINE PRODUCTS

Allied Innovations LLC warrants it products to be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal use and conditions for a period of one year from the date of original manufacture. Should repair be required by reason of any defect or malfunction during the warranty period, Allied Innovations LLC will repair, or at their discretion, replace this product without charge, subject to verification of the defect or malfunction. If the repair is required after the expiration date of the warranty period, Allied Innovations will repair this product and bill for any necessary replacement parts, shipping and handling.

This warranty is void if:
1) the unit is not installed per the instructions;
2) is connected to improper voltage;
3) is subjected to chemical corrosion;
4) is mechanically or electrically altered in any way;
5) is subjected to immersion in water;
6) contacts show evidence of short circuiting or the unit has been visibly damaged by accident or misuse or which has been damaged by wind, rain, lightning, freezing, or other natural causes;
7) or upon which the serial number or manufacture date has been altered, effaced or removed.

Allied Innovations LLC shall not be liable for any inconvenience, loss of time, or incidental expenses incurred. Allied Innovations LLC shall not be liable for any labor charges associated with the removal or reinstallation of any products returned as defective.

This is the only warranty expressed or implied by Allied Innovations LLC. Warranties implied under state law, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose shall be limited to one year from the date of manufacture.

NON WARRANTY ITEMS

Non-Warranty items will be handled as a Repair Order (RO). Upon receipt of non-warranty part(s), our service department will bench test and write a report of the problem(s) found. You will receive a call from a Technical Service Representative with a quote for the repair before repair is completed.
Our labor rates are as follows:

Diagnostic only (no problem found) = $25.00
First hour = $70.00
Each additional 1/2 hour = $35.00
Replacement of unit = Cost of unit only

1. Pack the unit in a well-padded, heavy corrugated box. We recommend that you insure the package to avoid lost or damaged product.

2. Include a short description of the problem, as well as company name, contact name, street address where the unit is to be returned as well as a telephone number or e-mail address to contact with repair quote.

3. All repairs are warranted for a period of ninety days from date of repair.

4. Repairs will be held up to 30 days. After 30 days, if there is no approval to proceed with repair, the customer will be sent a letter notifying of the status. After 15 days, if there is no response, the product will be scrapped.

For information regarding control operation, copies of control instruction sheets, wiring diagrams or schematics, or installation assistance – call, fax or e-mail our Technical Service Department from 7am to 5pm, Monday – Friday or visit our web site at www.AlliedInnovations.com. We assume that the customer calling has basic electrical skills and is able to use a multi-meter.

WARRANTY FOR GECKO PRODUCTS

Gecko Alliance warrants that all spa systems, spa packs, keypads and heaters shall be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of two(2) years from the date of manufacture.

All Aeware accessories, including in.tune CD players, in.pix CD/DVD players, in.power audio power supplies, in.keys audio keypads, remote controls, in.watch in-house monitoring devices and air.wave blowers are covered by a one-year warranty.

Additional warranty provisions
Gecko guarantees that products sold by Gecko Alliance are free from defects in workmanship and materials. Gecko’s warranty does not cover problems arising from misuse, abuse, neglect, miswiring or improper installation, problems caused by improper or inadequate electrical service, or damage caused by power surges or electrical failure. This warranty is not transferable and replacement or credits are made only to the original purchaser.

Gecko shall not be liable for any incidental, special or consequential costs or damages incurred by the purchaser or others, including without limitation, damages for lost profi ts, goodwill, interruption of business, or any other injury or damage not expressly covered under this limited warranty. However, this limitation on consequential damages shall not apply to damages for injury to the person.

If any provision contained in this warranty is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, such provisions shall be deemed modified so as to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

All returned products that are sent to Allied Innovations will be examined as per the original manufacturer's requirements.

WARRANTY POLICIES FOR OTHER MANUFACTURER'S PRODUCTS

Allied Innovations LLC will honor the original manufacturer’s warranty on the products it sells. Allied Innovations LLC assumes no liability for any injury, loss or damage from the improper use of malfunction of any part we sell. Our liability is limited specifically to the replacement of defective parts as provided by the original manufacturer’s warranty. All returned products that are sent to Allied Innovations will be examined as per the original manufacturer’s requirements.
